I made the flatbread yesterday to go with some roasted eggplants with buttermilk sauce and pomegranate seeds. Next time I should put only 1/4tsp of salt. Since Ive started making these, I almsot never buy crackers at the store. Im always looking for ways to incorporate rosemary into my cooking. your blog is fabulous, thanks for the endless inspiration! Easy, versatile, and very yummy.
